Juicing: Is This What The Hunger Games Is About? 8 comments

someecards.com - With my new diet I'm hoping to reach my original weight of 6lbs 7ozs.

This is a Public Service Announcement. I am doing a 3 day juicing plan starting Monday with fruit and vegetables only. No boxed wine allowed. No solid foods allowed. I can not be held responsible for the posts I write August 19-21, 2013.

Reboot With Joe: Juicing For Weight Loss With Joe Cross. That’s what it’s called. Hubby and I are doing the 3-Day Quick Start plan. That’s for people who are not sure how long they can juice but want to give it a try. We’ve done juicing before but with meals included, so this is going to be…uh…interesting.

I am willing to give this the old college try. I’ll be saying OMG and WTF a whole lot. Maybe YOLO, but don’t hold your breath on that one.

someecards.com - I wish I took care of myself as well as I take care of any of my social media accounts.

Wondering if The Deuce should spend the night with relatives during this time. Just a thought.

This is me. Happier, Healthier, Wiser.

Have you ever done a juicing plan? If so, for how long?
Do you drink the recommended 8 glasses of water daily?
How do you reboot?
