Reboot With Joe: Juicing For Weight Loss With Joe Cross. That’s what it’s called. Hubby and I are doing the 3-Day Quick Start plan. That’s for people who are not sure how long they can juice but want to give it a try. We’ve done juicing before but with meals included, so this is going to be…uh…interesting.
The red stars above mark my “problem areas.” And I’m not referring to physical parts of my body. I’m talking about lack of caffeine and alcohol during this process.
I am willing to give this the old college try. I’ll be saying OMG and WTF a whole lot. Maybe YOLO, but don’t hold your breath on that one.
Wondering if The Deuce should spend the night with relatives during this time. Just a thought.
