Chipotle Greek Yogurt Dip

 

I rigged this quick and easy dip to go along with my Pigs in a Blanket (Rigged) recipe.

 

1-1/2 cups plain greek yogurt

6 oz. can tomato paste

1 to 2 tbsp of canned Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (depending on your level of spicy)

Juice and zest of 2 limes

2 green onions

Salt to taste

Toss all ingredients into blender and puree.  Add more yogurt if you want to tone down spiciness. Refrigerate unused portion. To revive the next day, puree again.
