Traffic Jam Weekend Linky Party #26

Yes, Traffic Jam Weekend is back! Lots going on in my world this week. But I’m drinking plenty of water and pushing forward. Halloween costume for The Deuce–check! Halloween decorations–check! Ribs in the slow cooker–check! Sam’s Club shopping–check! Now if I could just get The Deuce registered for basketball, buy Halloween candy to pass out to the neighborhood kids, and get a week’s worth of energy on reserve–I will be set.

Oh well, let’s get to the party…

Traffic Jam Weekend #25…

Samuel Waller 10/49 by Glitz & Grits

Aleshea at Glitz & Grits always has a story to tell. She’s a Southern Gal just like me. So I can relate to a lot of what she talks about. This post was no exception. She shares a heart-warming rendition of a phone call with her grandfather as part of her “I am the South and the South is me: Southern portraits” series.

Hil at Raising Fairies and Knights shared a great post about things mothers can do to stay sane. Yaaasss! My “baby” is all about playing outside with his friends, riding bikes and scooters, and YouTube these days. But when he wants your attention–watch out!

Thank you ladies for sharing! Please grab a special Traffic Jam Weekend featured button below to display on your blog.
