Crockpot White Bean Turkey Chili Recipe
Check out my crockpot turkey chili recipe!
1 lb ground turkey
3 cups chicken broth
1 (11 oz) can of corn, drained
3 (15 oz) cans of Bush’s White Beans
1/2 cup fat free sour cream (or plain low fat Greek yogurt)
1 small white onion, chopped
1 (10 oz) can of RoTel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish
Puree 1 can of white beans in blender. Brown ground turkey and drain fat. Add all ingredients to crockpot and set to low for 8 hours or set to high for 4 hours. For a thicker consistency, puree another can of white beans to add or add a dollop or two of sour cream/yogurt to crockpot. Serve and garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.

I haven't really been cooking in recent years. I am hoping when I get married and settled in, my priorities will shift and I'll get back to all of my experimenting in the kitchen. I would love to give this a try!
I didn't start REALLY cooking until about 2 years ago. My husband always cooked because he's so good at it. I decided to jump in and start helping out. That turned into me being the one who primarily cooks now. Following recipes has made all the difference.
