  1. So enjoyed reading this article as I’m in the process of publishing a book. I’ll definitely have to follow Kenya to get tips on how to do this as a newbie. Still in the research and writing phase. It’s great to read about others who are multitasking and running their own business.

  2. I read Alli’s comment the other day. I totally used your idea to do something similar. I haven’t been linking up to much of anything because my blog was acting funny if I put too much in the sidebar. Great idea – buttons in a slide show. While I was at it, I changed my template – no more funkies. I hope no one notices because I have changed my blog a million times. I think I made a bet that I would make it through November. I hope it just looks like I put stuff in the sidebar. LOL 😉

    1. Your button slideshow looks great. I’m going to spruce up my page for my book. Yours looks so good!

  3. I always love your interviews and this was no exception. I need to find the Christopherism book!

Also, I’m loving your sidebar. Is the “Participating In” a plugin? If so, what plugin? 🙂

    1. Awww, thanks Alli. You can use the Christopher Chronicles link in the post to buy Kenya’s book on Amazon. I bought the Kindle edition yesterday. Yes, that is a WordPress plugin on my sidebar. Huge space saver! It’s called image horizontal reel scroll slideshow. I also use the image vertical reel scroll slideshow in my footer.

  4. Kenya is one of my favorites! I can’t find the time and space to write either – I feel like it happens when everything else is done. That needs to change, but I haven’t been able to do that yet. Let me know when you figure that out Kenya!

  5. I love Kenya! And I really enjoyed The Christopher Chronicles as well and look forward to the next ones. I think I read the first one in just two days it was so entertaining. Sigh to the balancing life, writing, and life. If anybody figures it out, will one of you please tell me what the answer was?

    1. Awww sweet thanks Kristi! I think the secret to balancing life is to pause the rest of the world while you keep working. But of course, there’s no such thing 😉

  6. I have been following Kenya for close to a year and I really enjoy all her posts… I have yet to read Christopherisms… I will have to get this book eventually as I am sure it is funny… so great for a laugh 🙂

    1. Glad to do it, Kenya. I have enjoyed getting to know you and appreciate your support and helpful tips.
