7 Facts About Me for Very Inspiring Blogger Award
My fellow blogger friend, Robin at robincharmagne.com, nominated me for the Very Inspiring Blogger Award. I am very honored. Robin and I are both SITS Girls and BLM Girls. My facebook interaction with her prompted the site to suggest I join a Young & the Restless facebook group that she is a part of. So I did and it’s so much fun dishing about my all-time favorite soap opera! BAW readers know I love some Y&R. Be sure to check out Robin’s fabulous blog here for all things pretty.
I’m breaking the rules as always and only listing 7 facts about me…
- I didn’t start using the name Kimberly until my mid-20s. Before then, I always went by Kim.
- I can raise my left eyebrow but not my right one.
- My father and Hubby’s father are both named Ronald.
- I will not drink white milk by itself. It must be mixed with something.
- I will not eat grits unless I mix scrambled/fried/over medium eggs into them first.
- I have never eaten Ramen Noodles.
- I still don’t know the rules to Rock, Paper, Scissors. But The Deuce is a pro at it.
Share a few random facts about yourself.
Are you a milk drinker?
How good are you at Rock, Paper, Scissors?
Congratulations on your award. I don’t drink milk, at all, because, gross? And my mom always hoped I’d go by Kristine when I got OLD but um I didn’t. My hubby and his dad are both Robert (hubs is a JR). 🙂
Thanks Kristi!
I always went by Katie and then became Kate when I started working!
That’s what we do when we get into the real world. Even my husband started calling me Kimberly!
#4 is hilarious to me!!! I love milk myself but never thought others wouldn’t like it plain lol.
Congrats and great share 🙂
Thanks Mari! I appreciate it.
Hey Kimberly,
Love it! Especially #6, never dined on that delicacy either. Have an inspiring day!
I can’t tell you how many people look at me in horror when I say I never ate Ramen Noodles in college. I went for the TV dinners and microwaveable Chef Boyardee bowls.
I can’t drink milk alone I have to have cookies or something with it. I had roman noodles one time in college…I prefer to starve. I don’t go by my full name at all people can’t pronounce it so I shortened it to Kita it’s simple and saves me hassle lol.
I think I drank so much milk as a kid that I just can’t anymore. LOL. But for some reason I can drink chocolate milk. Just not whole white milk unless something else is in it.
