2. the seeds or fruit themselves.
Oh coffee, how I love thee, let me count the ways.
Americans drink approximately 3 cups of coffee daily. How about you?
Did you know that…?
- Coffee’s origin can be traced back to the 16th century.
- It doesn’t matter how fresh-picked they are, coffee beans are actually tasteless until they’re roasted.
- Using cold filtered water to make coffee improves its taste.

Interesting stuff, right?
What do you find surprising about these coffee facts and hacks?
Are you a specialty coffee drinker?

Thank for this post. I’m really happy to say it was an interesting post to read. I learned new information from your post.
How on earth did the US get edged out by so many other countries? Hard to believe! I’ve never been grown-up enough to be a coffee drinker but one of my besties has taken me on as her “project” so I can possibly drink coffee with the cool kids and won’t have to get my dorky hot apple cider….ha! 😉
Interesting read! Thanks Kimberly!

The stats are surprising, Mary. Hot apple cider sounds pretty good to me. 🙂
I am surprised by this! Seems like it would be higher. I love my coffee!

Ditto!
WoW, I thought the US would have had a higher consumption! I drink coffee often, but have been trying to cut back. I’ve been drinking more tea.
I’ve been drinking more tea lately also. As much as I love coffee, I need a break from it sometimes.
I love coffee, but I don’t drink a lot of it. There are times when I get on a coffee kick and I will drink more than others. This summer I craved iced coffee every day. Now that its cooler I have started drinking hot coffee again, but I can honestly say iced coffee is so much better,
I prefer hot coffee, but a good cold Frappuccino is nice too!
So interesting!
I’m shocked with all the Starbucks we are so low on the list!
Thanks
Michelle
