  1. This is a great tag, and we stopped “celebrating” Halloween back when the boys were in Middle School. However, my favorite Halloween movies is on now…Friday the 13th! #trafficjamweekend

  2. Love The Shining, my mom made me stop trick-or-treating at age 12, favorite Halloween costume was Mary in “There’s Something About Mary.” (A simple one; mayo and other garbage in my hair to make it stand up straight….you’ll understand if you see the movie!). Will not dress up this year (I’m the birthday girl!), love haunted stuff, vampires (totally), no skills with a sewing machine, so I only buy costumes; Freddy Krueger, Kit Kats, house is all dolled up, love all costumes, I’ve repeated a devil costume, I do believe in ghosts because I have seen one, love scary movies, I don’t think I’ve ever had a Halloween treat that wasn’t store-bought? Love to take the kiddos trick-or-treating. Happy Halloween!

  3. I remember the costumes in one package too! (One year my Mom made me be a Reese’s cup. Plastic Reese Cup mask, plastic tie in the back one piece that tied in the back lol) We are probably the exact same age. 🙂

    Poltergeist was awesome. Great answers!

  4. Favorite Halloween Movies: Alfred Hitchcock “Psycho” and “Rear Window,” “Hocus Pocus,” “Witches of Eastwick,” “Harry Potter,” and “Bell, Book, and Candle.”

    Too many to list. =)

I found you on #traffic jam weekend

  5. lovely! I’m so glad you did it! I can’t sew either haha. I always paint/glue everything together to avoid trying to sew it. I can’t believe your Catholic school held a haunted house haha. that’s awesome! Hope you have a great Halloween this year!
