Traffic Jam Weekend Linky Party #68
What a week it has been for me! Busy, productive, enlightening. This time next week, my family and I will be leaving our home of 8 years in Slidell (right outside of New Orleans) and headed to Lafayette, Louisiana aka Acadiana aka Cajun Country. I don’t know who’s more excited: me and Hubby or The Deuce. I was not feeling this move at all 4 months ago. But my whole mindset has changed during the preparation. I cannot wait to see what God has in store for us.

These are the featured posts from Traffic Jam Weekend #67…
Evelyn chose Why You Should Really Take a Hike by Brooklyn Bread. “I wholeheartedly agree with her quote ‘Getting lost in the beauty of nature profoundly speaks to the soul’. I have always found that the best way to clear my mind and recharge is to take a long walk in the woods.”
Gail chose Substitute Teaching-A Great Job for Moms! by Three Winks Design. “Great information for others. I have been substituting as a second job for many years.”
Mari chose Because 30 Is Not the New 20 by Ordinarily Extraordinary Mom.
“I found her Reboot perspective interesting. I believe every stage in our lives comes with its own Pros & Cons. It is what we do and what we learn that matters. Plans fail and plans change and some even get completed but always growing is the real goal. I barely remember my 20’s but I’m sure having a blast in my 40’s lol!”
Kimberly chose 11 Fun Family Road Trip Games by Hooray For Moms! “I can’t tell you how many times I struggled to come up with an exciting road game for The Deuce. These are perfect for him because they will bring out his creative side.”
