So…those snow flurries that I told you we were expecting last week…we got ’em!
The Deuce woke me and Hubby up at 6:30 a.m. last Friday on what had already been declared a Snow Day. He wanted to tell us former Detroit residents that it was snowing outside. My first thought was “Boy, if you woke me up to go look at a dusting on the ground, I am going to whip your butt!” However, I climbed out of my warm bed, and was astonished at how much snow had fallen. My hometown of Baton Rouge got way more snow, but The Deuce was thrilled nonetheless.
Next week, I will take a short hiatus, so there will be no linky party on Thursday, December 21st.
