Last Thursday, the temperature in KC was 1°. And by Monday, it was 54°. Insane, right? I guess Punxsutawney Phil was accurate. Bring on that early spring!

Fear and self-doubt have always been the greatest enemies of human potential.

These are the featured posts from Traffic Jam Weekend #221…

Kimberly chose Coffee Table Gets a Bronze Leaf Makeover by Unique Creations by Anita. “The transformation that Anita did with this table is stunning! She is very talented.”

Antionette chose Fashion Tips for Women Over 60 by our very own Eclectic Evelyn. “Because it reminded me of my first blog, DeDivahDeals Fashion and Fun after Fifty – dressing for over 60 was a great reminder for me.”

Tracy chose Craft for a Cause: Hope in a Suitcase by Create to Donate. “As a foster mom this post hit me hard. My daughter came to us wearing an old t-shirt and swimsuit bottoms. Not everyone can foster but we can all support those that do!”

Evelyn also chose this post. “As [a] person who worked in foster care, I know how important these little things are to the kids. Many states have programs like this and if yours doesn’t maybe you can start one with your church group or as a class project.”

Lisa chose A Sprinkle of Fancy by Ever Ready. “I love Fancy Nancy and the book and show are big hits with my nieces. And this post about Chocolate Pots de Creme is both delicious and pretty. Perfect for a Fancy Nancy tea party.”

Michelle chose Cropped Sarasota Cardi-Free Crochet Pattern by Eye Love Knots. “I’m always amazed when people can crochet clothing. This cardigan is lovely!”

Laurie chose Enneagram Three: You are More Than What You Can Do by Living Our Days. “I found this one very interesting and enlightening.”
